Tri-Star Primary Care values the health and safety of our patients and staff. We have implemented the following protocols to ensure the well-being of everyone.

Home visits are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Walk-ins are currently not accepted.

Patients must fill out the healthcare questionnaire prior to their scheduled appointment.

Patients may choose to take advantage of our telehealth services. However, this will not be available for initial visits.

Our office is thoroughly disinfected between patients.

To abide by the Governor's mandate, both staff and patients must wear masks at all times.

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Known exposure to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19.
If you are having difficulty breathing or experiencing chest pain, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
