Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)

Tri-Star Primary Care values the health and safety of our patients and staff. We have implemented the following protocols to ensure the well-being of everyone.

  • Home visits are temporarily suspended until further notice.

  • Walk-ins are currently not accepted.

  • Patients must fill out the healthcare questionnaire prior to their scheduled appointment.

  • Patients may choose to take advantage of our telehealth services. However, this will not be available for initial visits.

  • Our office is thoroughly disinfected between patients.

  • To abide by the Governor's mandate, both staff and patients must wear masks at all times.

Should you have more than one of these symptoms, please call us to re-schedule your appointment:

  • Fever > 100.4

  • Dry Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Known exposure to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19.

If you are having difficulty breathing or experiencing chest pain, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
