Katrina Lee, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with more than 20 years of diverse healthcare experience. She previously practiced as a primary care and emergency room physician in the Philippines before moving to the U.S. in 2008.
Her background includes several years at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, working in neurodiagnostics and transcranial magnetic stimulation, further strengthening her clinical foundation.
Driven by her passion for personalized, whole-person care, Katrina earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and opened Tri-Star Primary Care in 2020. She believes in building meaningful patient relationships and upholding the principle that "an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure."

MARIAH ANGUITA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Mariah Anguita, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has over seven years of experience treating a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with patients as young as six years old.
Her niche specialty is ADHD, with a particular focus on children and women diagnosed later in life. She also has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Mariah practices with an individualized, patient-centered approach and values collaboration with patients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, strengths, and needs.
